🌿 Cleansing Remedies -
1. Honey Cleanser (for all skin types)

    How to use: Apply raw honey to damp        skin, massage gently, and rinse with          warm water.

Benefits: Antibacterial, moisturizing, and soothing.

2. Oatmeal Cleanser (for sensitive skin)

    How to use: Mix ground oats with warm      water to form a paste. Gently scrub and      rinse.

Benefits: Calms irritation, lightly exfoliates, and absorbs excess oil.

3.🧼 Natural Exfoliators
   Sugar + Olive Oil Scrub (for dry or                normal skin)

• How to use: Mix 1 tbsp sugar with 1 tbsp olive oil and massage gently. Use 1–2x/week.

Benefits: Removes dead skin, hydrates, and boosts circulation.

• Coffee Grounds Scrub (for dull or tired skin)

How to use: Mix used coffee grounds with yogurt or coconut oil.

• How to use: Mix 1/2 tsp turmeric with 2 tbsp plain yogurt and apply for 10–15 mins.

    How to use: Mash 1/2 ripe avocado            with  1 tbsp honey and apply for 15–20      mins.

 • How to use: Apply fresh aloe vera gel          directly to the skin.

Benefits: Cooling, healing, and anti-inflammatory.

7.💧 Toners & Hydration
   Rose Water Toner

• How to use: Dab rose water onto a              cotton pad and swipe across the face        after cleansing.

Benefits: Balances pH, soothes, and refreshes skin.

8. Green Tea Mist

• How to use: Brew green tea, let it cool, and store in a spray bottle. Mist onto face.

Benefits: Antioxidants, reduces redness, fights aging.
